- Return Process:
1.1 Contact the Seller: If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to first contact the seller directly to resolve the matter. Please allow the seller 48 hours from your initial message to provide you with an acceptable resolution.
1.2 Eligibility for A-to-z Guarantee: If you are unable to reach a resolution with the seller within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a refund under Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee. The following conditions must be met:
- You are still within 90 days of the original Estimated Delivery Date.
- It is 3 days past your Estimated Delivery Date, and your item has not arrived.
- Your item has not arrived, but the tracking information shows it was delivered.
- The item you received was damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. In such instances, you must return the unwanted item according to our Return Policies, and you must not have already received a refund or received an incorrect refund amount.
- You requested a replacement item but did not receive it. In this case, you must have returned the unwanted item according to our Return Policies.
- Refund Process:
2.1 Timeframe for Refunds: Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- For returns due to damaged, defective, or materially different items: You can expect the refund within 3-4 days.
- For returns due to any other reason: The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable restocking fees, and you can expect to receive it within 4-5 days..
- Customer Requirements:
3.1 Return Window: To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that you initiate the process within 90 days from the date of delivery or as specified by the seller.
3.2 Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging materials, accessories, and tags, if applicable.
- Exceptions and Additional Information:
- The A-to-z Guarantee does not cover digital items, services, stored value instruments, or Spot Buys.
- The A-to-z Guarantee only applies to items sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller. For items sold by Amazon Global Store and for Marketplace items delivered using Prime, please contact Amazon directly.
- For items purchased on third-party sites using Amazon Pay, refer to Amazon Pay help for refund information.
- If you have requested a refund or chargeback through your payment provider, you are not eligible for a refund under Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee.
