Description
DCVAMOUS sells these in a set of four 2 inch hub-centric spacers with a 5×5 (5x127mm) pattern, M14x1.5 studs and a 71.5mm center bore. Hub-centric means the spacer locates on the hub itself, so the wheel is centered by machined metal rather than by the studs, which is what keeps things smooth at highway speed.
The reason most people fit them is clearance. Two inches per side pushes the wheels out past the fender line, gets tire away from control arms and steering components, and helps larger wheels clear brakes or struts. The stance change is obvious, and the wider track adds a bit of stability. The tradeoff is more leverage on bearings and more spray off the tires, so wider flares are worth considering.
Listed fitment covers 2019-2025 Wrangler JL and JLU, 2019-2025 Gladiator JT, and 2011-2025 Grand Cherokee WK2 and Durango. Check your bolt pattern and center bore against the specs, and check the listing for what lug nuts are supplied.
